What is your return policy?
We want you to love your CrispPod™! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Just make sure it’s unused and in its original packaging.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can — but only if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Reach out to us as soon as possible through our Contact page and we’ll do our best to help.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email (or SMS if you signed up) with a tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives.
